Navigating lifes transitions through anxiety, depression, workplace burnout, chronic health changes, or neurodivergent masking can leave you feeling disconnected. I offer counselling for adults and young people aged 16+ to support stability and emotional clarity. As an accredited counsellor, I provide an approach tailored to your needs and identity. If you feel stuck or overwhelmed, support is available. Free 25-minute discovery call available.
About me and my practice
Stability and clarity are possible. At Navigating Seasons Counselling Services, I provide a calm, inclusive, and culturally attuned space to support a sustainable way forward.
I offer affirming support for anxiety, stress, low mood, C-PTSD, neurodiversity (ADHD and autism), and chronic health conditions. With lived experience of sight loss and chronic illness, there is already an understanding of the practical and emotional impact these can bring.
Based in Oldbury, I support individuals across Sandwell, Birmingham, and the West Midlands, alongside offering accessible online therapy across the UK.
Experience
My practice is integrative, drawing on Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, CBT, TA, Gestalt, and IFS-informed approaches, allowing the work to be tailored to your individual needs.
Alongside talking therapy, I also work with how distress is experienced in the body. If you experience racing thoughts, overwhelm, or internal conflict, we can work gently and at a steady pace to create enough distance from these feelings so they become more manageable and easier to understand.
This may include noticing patterns, emotional responses, and different parts of experience, helping you gain clarity about what is happening internally and what you may need in those moments.
Whether you are navigating trauma, identity shifts, or wider life pressures, I offer a safe, structured, and respectful space where your experience is heard and supported.
